Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a Full Stack Python Developer with React to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will design and develop end-to-end applications using React for the frontend and Python for the backend, along with SQL Server for database management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices. This is a contract position for 6+ months, requiring onsite presence in Philadelphia.

Must Have Technical Functional Skills

• Core Back End Architecture Python: Strong hands‑on experience in Python backend development using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, task queues (Celery), and event‑driven systems.
• Knowledge of caching (Redis), API performance optimization, and error handling.
• Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and backend performance tuning.
• React: Strong experience in React.js with Typescript and JavaScript for building modern web applications.
• Knowledge of component‑based architecture and state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Experience working with REST, GraphQL APIs and dynamic UI updates.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and accessibility basics.

• Database (SQL Server): Strong experience with SQL Server development, including writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, query optimization and indexing.
