Must Have Technical Functional Skills
- Core Back End Architecture Python: Strong hands‑on experience in Python backend development using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, task queues (Celery), and event‑driven systems.
- Knowledge of caching (Redis), API performance optimization, and error handling.
- Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and backend performance tuning.
- React: Strong experience in React.js with Typescript and JavaScript for building modern web applications.
- Knowledge of component‑based architecture and state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Experience working with REST, GraphQL APIs and dynamic UI updates.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and accessibility basics.
- Ability to optimize UI performance (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting).
- Database (SQL Server): Strong experience with SQL Server development, including writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, query optimization and indexing.
- Understanding of data modeling (relational schemas, normalization), data migrations, ETL processes, and transaction handling.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and database troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Full‑stack development: Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end applications using React (frontend), Python (backend), and SQL Server (database).
- Build scalable APIs and integrate them with responsive frontend interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Database performance: Design and optimize database queries, schemas, and stored procedures.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- Support data‑driven features and reporting requirements.
- Engineering excellence: Follow coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
- Ensure security best practices across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
