Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience as a Front End Engineer, Product Manager, or UX/UI Designer.
• Excitement about leveraging tools to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Claude to code new design components and minimize cycle time.
• Partner with member services to improve response times via automation.
• Spec and create data views and conduct ad hoc data analysis.
• Own product features from idea to deployment and measurement.
• Optimize marketing workflows for landing page testing.
