The right candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, a strong technical background, and a desire to work alongside AI and ML technologies. The target compensation ranges from $200k to $250k, including equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer delivering high-quality software.
• Strong experience with frontend or backend technical design and implementation.
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies and interest in applying LLMs to product challenges.
• Experience building systems with sensitive data and in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own core systems by architecting and maintaining business-critical components.
• Lead the full lifecycle of feature development from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and design for scalable solutions.
• Improve system architecture and developer experience as the company grows.
• Design and implement features in the AI/ML codebase.
