Their flagship platform combines multi-modal search and question-answering capabilities to make electronic health records (EHR) intelligible and actionable, significantly improving care delivery and patient access while reducing provider burnout. What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and launch full-stack features end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Take ownership of 0-to-1 product engineering efforts, building sleek front-end interfaces and robust backend systems that directly solve complex healthcare challenges.

• Work closely with design, product, and clinical teams to iterate rapidly and bring high-quality solutions to life.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices as an early team member.

• Interface directly with users to gather feedback and improve the product experience in real time.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally in high-performing, product-oriented environments.

• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product-building experience with strong front-end capabilities using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Track record of shipping production software at high-caliber companies or startups with strong engineering and product cultures.

• Holds a degree in Computer Science from a top-ranked institution (Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, Waterloo, Cornell, Princeton, etc.).

• Comfortable working onsite five days a week in San Francisco, with flexibility for those with family obligations.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare technology or a strong passion for improving health outcomes.

• Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools and platforms including Python, Postgres, Docker, AWS/Azure, Kafka, or SQS.

• Prior experience founding a startup or being an early-stage contributor on a small, high-impact engineering team.

• Exceptional product sense and the ability to rapidly iterate based on real user needs.

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills for collaborating directly with client teams.

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Information

• Salary: $140,000 – $240,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)

• Equity: 0.2% – 0.8%

• Visa Sponsorship: Available for H1B transfers

• Work Environment: Full-time, onsite in San Francisco with west coast hours (9–10am start)
