Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a W2 contract in the DC Metro area with hybrid onsite work. You will design and build scalable APIs and full-stack applications.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, frontend in Angular/JavaScript/TypeScript, backend in Java/Ruby/Python/Kotlin, and strong AWS/Jenkins/SQL skills; you will own architecture, CI/CD pipelines, dashboards with QuickSight and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications — Angular/JavaScript/TypeScript frontend, backend services in Java, Ruby, Python, and/or Kotlin.
• Design and develop APIs supporting high-volume transactions and user demand.
• Work within Backstage for internal developer platform/service catalog needs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins on AWS.
• Support dashboarding/reporting using QuickSight and Snowflake, with SQL for data access.
• Own application architecture decisions, system integrations, and performance optimization for scale and reliability.
