A dynamic company seeks a Full-Stack Creative Strategist to lead creative strategies for diverse brands across various digital platforms. This full-time role involves collaborating closely with teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging while utilizing analytics to enhance performance. Strong background in direct-response marketing and creative writing is desirable.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Creative Strategist to lead cross-channel creative strategy for our
clients, primarily across paid social (Meta, TikTok), lifecycle (email/SMS) and web. You’ll brief
designers, write or review copy, guide messaging, and present strategy to clients. If you love
spotting patterns in performance, pitching new hooks, and turning insights into great creative,
this is your seat.

You’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with a Retention Coordinator, part-time
Copywriter, and freelance Designers. You'll have support in execution, but own the big picture
and strategy behind what we’re building.
