Job summary

The Cayuse Holdings, LLC software team is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to contribute to full stack .NET-based projects in a security-conscious environment. You will design, develop, and deploy web applications; address performance enhancements; and collaborate across agile teams to deliver robust solutions for government-related initiatives.

Qualifications include a BS/MS in CS or related field and at least 5 years of .NET/full stack experience with C#, MSSQL, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years experience with .NET development and full stack applications.
C# programming expertise and strong .NET Framework knowledge.
Proficiency in JavaScript and front‑end integration; MSSQL database design/management.
Experience with Telerik UI components; ability to pass a background check; TS/SCI required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with system owners to gather, analyze, document, and refine functional requirements.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues to ensure availability and reliability.
Perform regular maintenance tasks including monitoring, debugging, and patching.
Upgrade the application to latest versions for security and performance.
Design, develop, and deploy full stack .NET-based web applications.
Create scalable, secure architectures for new projects.
Develop and optimize front‑end and back‑end components for performance.
Build interfaces using Telerik tools with JavaScript for rich UX.
Utilize C# and .NET Framework for robust backend data processing.
Design and optimize MSSQL databases; document solutions for knowledge sharing.
Engage with government/contractor stakeholders to define objectives and deliver.
Work in Agile environments and cross‑functional teams where applicable.
