Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer in Boston, MA. This hybrid role involves 3 days onsite and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $165,000 with a 10–15% annual bonus.

You will design and develop full-stack applications, work across SPA and MVC architectures, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions while adopting modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• > 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• "> Strong experience with C# and .NET.
• "> Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework and REST APIs.
• "> Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• "> Exposure to a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular or Vue.
• "> Experience working with Azure or another major cloud platform.
• "> Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and Agile development.
• "> Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
• "> Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and enhancing full-stack applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET.
• Building modern web applications across SPA and MVC architectures.
• Developing and integrating REST APIs, databases and third-party/SaaS platforms.
• Working with SQL and relational database design.
• Deploying and supporting applications within Microsoft Azure.
• Contributing to CI/CD, automated deployment, testing and modern DevOps practices.
• Building proof-of-concept solutions and evaluating new technologies.
• Participating in code reviews and helping establish strong engineering practices.
• Working closely with junior developers and sharing technical knowledge across the team.
• Partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
