Job summary

Applied Intellect, LLC seeks an Application Developer to support the NYC Department of Social Services (DSS) on-site at 109 E 16th St, New York, NY 10003. You will contribute to the SORTS, SUAS, and STARS systems through design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise software solutions.

The role requires four years of relevant experience with .NET/C#, full-stack development, and strong data skills in Oracle/SQL Server, plus DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of relevant professional experience in enterprise application development.
• Experience designing web services and API-based applications.
• Proficiency with .NET/C# development and MVC HTML5/jQuery/Bootstrap.
• Front-end and back-end processing of web applications.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application software for SORTS, SUAS, and STARS projects.
• Develop web services and WCF/API-based applications as assigned.
• Build web applications using MVC, HTML5, jQuery, and Bootstrap; perform full-stack development.
• Collaborate with QA, database, and cross-functional teams to support testing and implementation.
• Prepare technical and user documentation and support software conversions.
