Job description

Our direct client is seeking Full-Stack .NET Developer with IVR specific experience.

Join a dynamic Agile team of 6–10 developers working to enhance customer service applications, including web and IVR solutions. You’ll deliver modern functionality for customers and contact agents across both on-prem and Azure environments. Expect a mix of backend and frontend work with a fast-paced, lightly supervised structure.

Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred; strong PST candidates considered)
Type: Contract – long term

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and test user stories
• Attend daily stand-ups and bi-weekly demos
• Work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity
• Develop integrations with APIs and various Azure services

Required Skills

• IVR experience
• .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, WEB API
• JavaScript frameworks: Angular or React
• CSS Frameworks: Bootstrap, Angular Material
• RESTful services, 3rd-party API integration
• Azure Services: App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong SQL Server knowledge: indexing, query optimization
• Unit and integration testing
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and secure coding practices
• Experience with Postman, Fiddler, SoapUI
