Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a Fort Worth-based aerospace/defense software team. You will work on full-stack applications using .NET/C#, and modern front-end technologies in an on-site, direct-hire role.

This role emphasizes Domain-Driven Design, clean architecture, and TDD, with ownership over architecture, delivery, and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Domain-Driven Design experience required.
• Experience with clean architecture and software design principles.
• Experience with React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
• Fort Worth, TX-based on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET / C# and modern front-end technologies.
• Build responsive front-end solutions using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Design and support relational databases using PostgreSQL, SQL, and related technologies.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to create scalable, maintainable software systems.
• Design solutions using clean architecture, CQRS, service-oriented, and modern patterns.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using TDD practices.
• Participate in architecture, design, code review, and technical planning sessions.
• Support applications across CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
