Job summary

Sarsfield Group in Frisco, TX is seeking a Mobile Full Stack Software Engineer for a hybrid role. You will design and build mobile applications and backend services, delivering end-to-end experiences while leveraging GenAI to accelerate development and SDLC processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ship features, implement UX, and integrate APIs. The role requires leadership in mobile architecture and strong problem-solving skills, with a startup mindset and local basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering/development, with 3+ years in mobile application design and development.
• Frontend and backend development across Android and/or iOS and backend services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs connecting mobile apps to backend services.
• Experience with unit testing, code coverage, automation, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with performance and debugging tools – Instruments, Allocation, Leaks, Crash Analysis.
• Solid Git and code versioning fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Gradle/Maven (Android) and iOS build systems.
• Demonstrated use of GenAI in the SDLC.

Mobile Full Stack Software Engineer – Hybrid | Frisco, TX (must be locally based)

The Role

Hands-on mobile full stack engineering role focused on designing and building mobile applications and backend services in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You’ll work with minimal supervision, ship E2E mobile experiences, and actively leverage GenAI to accelerate development and SDLC processes. Startup mentality is a must.

Responsibilities

Lead development of mobile applications and services handling diverse transaction types
