Job summary

Pramaana Labs, a Palo Alto AI lab, is building verification layers for AI. We’re seeking a full-stack engineer focused on infrastructure to empower engineers and researchers across development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Initial focus on DevOps and MLOps: improving environments, reproducibility, and cost visibility. You'll work on interfaces, backend services, and infrastructure automation, not just scripts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend, full-stack apps, internal tools, or deployment automation.
• Strong Python or TypeScript development skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows is a plus.
• Ability to ship usable internal tools with good UX.

Responsibilities

• Improve how software gets built and deployed.
• Create repeatable environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build full-stack, self-serve interfaces and APIs.
• Make systems observable with logs, metrics, and traces.
• Contribute to shared platform services like identity and API keys.
• Evaluate open-source solutions and extend them when needed.
• Capture feedback, measure impact, and document changes.
