Job summary

Pramaana Labs is seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Engineer to turn research into customer-facing products and developer experiences. You’ll own features from MVP to production, collaborating across product, design, engineering, and research to make complex AI capabilities accessible and trustworthy.

You’ll build complete product experiences across frontend, backend, data models, and integrations, with a focus on usable interfaces, reliable APIs, and robust testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with TypeScript and React.
• Backend services with Python or Node.js.
• Experience building APIs and working with relational databases.
• Experience delivering production software with testing, version control, and debugging.
• Ability to handle authentication, authorization, and user data responsibly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build complete product experiences, owning the frontend, backend, data models, integrations, and testing.
• Create thoughtful, responsive interfaces and workflows for knowledge review, questions, and evidence inspection.
• Develop reliable APIs and services for document processing, jobs, verification workflows, and integrations.
• Turn research capabilities into usable products by integrating models, agents, and verification services.
• Learn directly from users by testing workflows and using feedback and usage data for iteration.
• Own quality beyond launch by writing tests and monitoring performance, security, and reliability.
• Build foundations that support multiple products with reusable components and patterns.
