Job summary

CTG in Dallas, TX seeks a Full Stack Java Developer - React to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale applications. You will work across Java backend and React frontend, ensure performance, and contribute to CI/CD automation and observability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Java development skills with ReactJS and full-stack capabilities.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, logging, and monitoring for scalable apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement high-performing, scalable software using Java and React.
• Develop responsive web applications with React UI technologies.
• Serve as a technical consultant for architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance and reliability.
• Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality and test coverage.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Develop runbooks and self-healing capabilities to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate during incidents.
• Apply software engineering principles to IT operations for scalable systems.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
