Job Description: Full Stack Engineer (Java / Python)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in the Java ecosystem, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable enterprise applications — both backend and frontend. The ideal candidate combines deep technical fundamentals with the ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams, delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions.

Work Mode: On-site in a hybrid schedule (on-site work combined with remote days)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and the Spring Framework.

• Build and consume secure, scalable RESTful APIs.

• Implement the data persistence layer using Hibernate or Spring Data JPA.

• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.

• Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.

• Collaborate on code version control and participate in CI/CD pipelines.

• Contribute to application deployment on cloud platforms using containers.

Technical Requirements

1. Backend Development

• Core Java: Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), collections, multithreading, and Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambda expressions).

• Frameworks: Strong command of the Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) for building robust, scalable enterprise applications.

• APIs: Ability to design and consume secure RESTful APIs.

• Persistence: Knowledge of Hibernate or Spring Data JPA to map Java objects to relational databases.

2. Frontend Development

• UI Fundamentals: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for building responsive, accessible interfaces.

• Frameworks: Experience with at least one modern frontend technology: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

3. Databases

• Relational: SQL management skills using databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• NoSQL: Familiarity with document-based storage solutions such as MongoDB.

4. Version Control & DevOps

• Version Control: Use of Git and GitHub for team collaboration and code tracking.

• Build Tools: Familiarity with Maven or Gradle for dependency management.

• Deployment: Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Python for automation, scripting, or supporting service development.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
