Capgemini is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer in Dallas, TX to contribute to feature development, automated testing, and modernization initiatives across the technology stack.

You will join an Agile team delivering high-quality software while building expertise in software engineering and test automation disciplines. The role emphasizes collaboration and secure coding practices within Capgemini’s global framework.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years development experience.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills.
• Exposure to Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
• Understanding of API testing concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jenkins.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop application features using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Create and maintain automated test cases using Playwright.
• Support API and UI automation efforts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Execute unit, integration, and automation testing.
• Assist with application modernization and refactoring efforts.
• Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
• Follow secure coding and quality engineering standards.
