Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a highly motivated Mid / Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web-based applications. You will work across the stack using Java, Spring Boot and Angular to deliver robust, scalable enterprise solutions.

The position can be based at our offices in Athens, Thessaloniki or Crete, with possibility of remote work from Greece or within the EU, collaborating in Agile teams and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing, developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with frontend/web development using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Fluency in English.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain robust and scalable Java-based web applications and services.
• Develop backend functionality using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, implement and integrate REST APIs, using JSON and XML.
• Develop and maintain frontend functionality using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS, including REST API integration.
• Collaborate within Agile, cross-functional development teams and, for Senior-level candidates, provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers.
