Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking an Agile Developer to lead full-stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices. You will analyze requirements, design and implement features, and ensure performance while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Required 9+ years or 7+ with a related Master’s degree. Strong Java, React, Spring Boot, and CI/CD experience are essential. On-call rotation and security clearance expectations noted.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; 9+ years total experience, or 7+ with a related Master's.
• Experience with Java, React, Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and modern datastores.
• Ability to support on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Develop simple data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Assist with test procedures for software components.
• Write or review software and system documentation.
• Lead team on projects as appropriate within the chosen development process.
