Job summary

Information Gateways Inc is seeking a skilled Full Stack Java/Angular Developer to support maintenance, modernization, and enhancement of Federal enterprise applications. You will design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and implement features across Java/Spring backend services and Angular 15+ user interfaces in an Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent software development experience.
• 5+ years of object-oriented development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 11+ preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with database technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on Angular development (Angular 15+ preferred).
• Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with Agile development and AWS Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, and Maven.
• Develop and enhance Angular 15+ applications using TypeScript, RxJS, and reusable components.
• Build responsive UI workflows that support complex Federal business processes.
• Integrate frontend features with backend REST APIs, including validation and error handling.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and Federal stakeholders.
• Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.
