Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing team supporting PBM products. This role involves partnering closely with the investment team on the Fixed Income trading floor, interacting directly with quant analysts, portfolio managers, and traders to build innovative tools that support and improve the investment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver time-to-market solutions, enabling business partners to use technology in an exploratory, highly iterative environment.
• Assist investment teams in evolving their investment processes to meet short-term needs and long-term trends through technology.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Services, and other Technology Teams to enhance application and workflow performance and scalability.
• Provide outstanding support, including on-call support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related degree.
• 6 - 9 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in a full-stack software development environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, influencing, and collaborating in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in UI tech stack/Single Page Applications: HTML, JavaScript/Typescript, and Angular.
• Experience with a broad set of technologies, including middleware Java stack, Spring framework, Oracle, messaging technologies (KAFKA), RESTful APIs, and web containers.
• Hands-on experience in SQL/PLSQL.
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of testing (unit, acceptance, automation, end-to-end etc.) using tools like Karate, Junit, Cypress, Playwright etc.
• Hands-on experience in microservice architecture and twelve-factor app patterns.
• Possess full-stack software development knowledge and critical thinking skills to craft end-to-end solutions.
• Self‑motivated, driven, with a strong client focus and results orientation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of and experience within an Agile framework.
• Experience with AWS‑based service implementation and deployment.
• Familiarity with developing and running software on cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services.
• Passion to learn new things, especially Asset Management and Fixed Income investing.
