Taktile is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to build and operate backend services in Python on AWS, shaping distributed execution for customer workflows. We're looking for a Full-stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In Team Decide you'll focus on designing the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows. You'll own critical systems end-to-end on a team where your decisions shape the product.

What You'll Do

• Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS — Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines that handle real production traffic. You'll leverage agentic AI tools as part of your daily workflow.

• Work on exciting AI initiatives such as MCP servers, agentic co-pilot

• Tackle hard backend problems — latency, reliability, and scalability are everyday concerns.

• Contribute to systems end-to-end, from implementation and testing to deployment and monitoring

• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, working with the team to evaluate trade-offs.

• Contribute to code reviews and help improve our development tooling and processes.

• Work directly with Product and Design to shape what we build next.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with experience delivering moderately complex projects or features.

• Experience in React

• Experience working with Design Systems to ensure a consistent UX among different parts of the product.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The ability to work in a hybrid model from our Berlin HQ, the London office, or the Iasi hub. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Ideal, But Not Required

• Familiarity with system design concepts and architectural trade-offs

• AWS Serverless experience at scale (Lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, Aurora…)
