Job description

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Technical expertise in one or more programming/scripting languages, including Python, BASH, YAML, etc.
• Technical expertise in Splunk Enterprise or similar SIEM and log management systems

Job Description

Join our FORCE(Fully Optimized and Resilient Cloud Environment) team as a Full Stack Engineer Staff on the Splunk delivery team and play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our organization and technologies. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Splunk Enterprise, a platform used to collect, index, and analyze machine-generated data from various sources to propel our business forward.

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to:
• Champion Digital Transformation: Focus on developing and implementing solutions that drive business outcomes, leveraging the latest DevOps technologies and practices to ingest and integrate data sources from across the enterprise to drive powerful business analytics.
• Develop DevOps Solutions: Design and implement automated solutions for applications, infrastructure, and processes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency across the Splunk Enterprise platform.
• Customer Focused Optimization: Work with a wide array of users to unlock the power of machine data by crafting efficient and insightful knowledge objects

• Define, implement, and automate architectures, interfaces, and solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain repeatable processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.

Desired skills

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
