A document solutions company is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to develop new features within cross-functional teams. This role requires at least 2 years of experience, skilled in Golang, ReactJS, and Redux. You will tackle complex problems and work in a remote environment offering flexibility and ownership of your work. As a Zenlaw Full-Stack Engineer you will:

• Develop new features working with cross-functional squads, within a distributed team
• Use creative thinking - we are building most of our features from scratch and our product is unique
• Solve complex, but fun, technical problems
• Actively partner with our tech team to learn from each other and make well-rounded solutions

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role
• Experience with Golang
• Familiarity with Object-Relation Mapping framework (ideally GORM)
• Advanced knowledge in ReactJS, Redux, and MUI
• Be genuinely interested in technology and love to try new things
• Tackle complex problems but also consider multiple solutions, weigh them, and decide on the best course of action
• Thrive on providing and receiving transparent but always constructive feedback
• Bonus skills:
  • DevOps (docker, kubernetes)
  • MLOps
  • Python (machine learning, Natural Language Processing, string manipulation)
