Job summary

Theoris is seeking full-stack Software Engineers to join a dynamic team delivering custom software for clients. You will work across Python, Node.js, and React.js on projects with modern tech stacks and AI/ML opportunities.

Hybrid schedule in Indianapolis with full benefits for full-time employees. As part of a collaborative team, you will refine requirements, create acceptance criteria, and help drive deliverables across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Node.js, React.js, Python, Java, AWS.
• Familiarity with using AWS services like S3, Lambda, Aurora Postgres, and API Gateway.
• Preferred is experience with AWS SageMaker and AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop software items outlined in the product backlog, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with the team to refine user stories and drive out detailed acceptance criteria when requirements are not fully defined.
• Regularly review project progress with the account team to ensure value delivery and efficient team structure.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design, architecture, and configuration.
• Develop, execute, and automate unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with the existing engineering team and conduct knowledge transfer upon project completion.
