About the Role

We're a freight and logistics technology company building software that powers supply chain operations at scale. Our engineering team includes alumni from companies like AMD, Revolut, and DHL - and we're growing. We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer based in India who can collaborate effectively during Pacific time zone business hours. This is a fully remote role with real ownership and meaningful impact on production systems used by logistics professionals.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across both frontend and backend systems in a production environment

• Develop and maintain robust REST APIs and backend services that integrate with logistics workflows

• Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks

• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases - designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing performance

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members across time zones, with core overlap during Pacific business hours

• Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices

• Support CI/CD pipelines and help maintain automated testing coverage

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of full-stack software development experience delivering production applications

• Proficiency with both frontend and backend technologies in a live production environment

• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs or similar backend services

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or equivalent

• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases

• Solid command of Git and version control workflows

• Ability to reliably work during Pacific time zone (PT) business hours from India

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

• Background in freight, logistics, or supply chain technology

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $5,000 - $9,000 USD per month

This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in India. You must be available and able to work during Pacific time zone business hours. The company's primary hub is in the Los Angeles, CA area.
