Job summary

Franklin Fitch, a leading US law firm, is expanding its Enterprise Architecture team with a senior engineer who can operate across full-stack development, data engineering, and applied AI.

You will build production web apps in C#, .NET, Blazor, React, and TypeScript; design ETL pipelines and data warehouses on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Delta Lake; and architect RAG pipelines and AI agents for Teams and Office.

Qualifications

• Strong C# and .NET with production experience in Blazor or React.
• Data engineering with Microsoft technologies; solid T-SQL and SQL Server.
• Ideally hands-on work with Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, or Dataflow Gen2.
• ETL delivery experience via Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Boomi.
• At least one production RAG pipeline or AI agent you've shipped, not just prototyped.
• Comfort explaining technical and AI decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Most "AI engineer" postings mean prompt-wrapping around someone else's API. This one doesn't.

An established, multi-office US law firm is expanding its Enterprise Architecture team and hiring a senior engineer who can genuinely operate across three disciplines: full-stack application development, enterprise data engineering, and applied AI.

You'll build production web apps in C#, .NET, Blazor, React, and TypeScript. You'll design ETL pipelines and dimensionally modeled data warehouses on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Delta Lake. And you'll architect RAG pipelines and AI agents in Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, then get them into Teams and Office so people actually use them, not just demo them.

This is a platform modernization mandate, not a legacy maintenance seat. The firm is building AI governance and agent invocation patterns from scratch rather than bolting Copilot onto old workflows.
