Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to architect low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET while building Angular UIs for a large-scale financial platform. You will work with microservices, Kafka, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and Splunk for observability, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Strong test automation and code reviews are expected. We value collaboration, rigorous engineering practices, and delivering impactful tools for investment decision support.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
• 2+ years of strong experience with .NET and Angular delivering production-grade solutions.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including query tuning and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and building high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Proven background with message-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests for reliability.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and peer reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET.
• Build user interfaces with Angular.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development (e.g., Copilot, Claude, GPT).
• Deliver analytical tools to guide investment decisions for large assets.
• Maintain >80% test automation coverage and perform multi-peer code reviews.
• Own production lifecycle with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and observability with Splunk.
• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger for maintainability.
