Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a government-focused ML/AI RDT&E program at Chantilly, VA. You will develop and integrate ETL pipelines, Java and Python services, and shell scripting within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–10+ years in software development, strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience developing, integrating, and troubleshooting software for ETL solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality code with robust design patterns.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and in-memory databases (PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis).
• Experience with Linux, Bash scripting, and OpenTelemetry for tracing/monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills to present to stakeholders with varying technical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in server-side and client-side work on a full-stack focus.
• Enhance existing apps with efficient, resource-conscious techniques.
• Co-lead product direction and feature specs with Program Manager and stakeholders.
