Job Title - Full Stack Engineer

Project Location: Remote, but locals only of Omaha, NE for occasional meetings

Duration - Full-time

• They offer a bonus but will not declare how much since it is completely discretionary based on individual and company performance.
• Great opportunity for growth technically and career-wise. This is a very small team with 2 people supporting their core application. They are currently undergoing a 12-month modernization effort with a 3rd party and you would be part of this talented delivery team.
• 401(k) profit sharing typically around 6-7%
• Background and credit check required
• This role will focus more on build and support rather than design
• More inclined towards Custom solutions vs. 3rd party configuration
• Optimizing within the existing stack vs. exploring emerging technologies
• Focus on strong React fundamentals and Cloud skills if proficient and eager to learn

Must Haves

• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and propose solutions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Programming Languages: Strong experience with C# / .NET Core/6/7/8 and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend: Proficient in React with experience building scalable, reusable components
• Backend: Building RESTful APIs
• Database: SQL proficiency (performance tuning, stored procedures), basic NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
• Azure: Hands-on with Azure App Service and Azure Functions
• Microservices: Understanding of design and implementation
• Testing: Experience with xUnit, Jest, or React Testing Library

• Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
• Familiarity with Docker
