Job summary

DomainTools is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Frontend Team. You will build powerful cybersecurity products for enterprise customers, leveraging PHP backends and modern JavaScript SPAs.

You will work with Laravel/Symfony, React 18+, TypeScript, and Redux, writing tests with PHPUnit and Jest. Expect a collaborative, low-meeting environment that emphasizes high‑quality results and fast iterations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of modern web application development.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
• Solid knowledge of Object oriented PHP 7+ programming, JavaScript (ES7+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React 18+ and Redux.
• Experience with unit and integration testing (PHPUnit, Jest).
• Demonstrable experience building and consuming APIs.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Experience with Docker.

Responsibilities

• Produce well designed, testable, efficient code using best practices.
• Integrate with backend services and databases.
• Build web applications using PHP on the backend and JavaScript/HTML/CSS on the frontend.
• Contribute to product ideation, features, and enhancements.
• Collaborate through code reviews, documentation, and thoughtful design feedback.
• Become a subject matter expert on DomainTools’ customer facing products.
