Job summary

You will work on data integration, secure authentication via Vault, and reporting capabilities to support investment accounting and client reporting platforms. The role requires 5+ years of full-stack development, strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL experience, ETL work, and familiarity with Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong Java development experience, including Java 21 and JSP.
• Strong Oracle database development experience including PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications supporting investment accounting and client reporting platforms.
• Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions, including complex SQL development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data integrations.
• Design and support ETL processes utilizing Perl scripting, with future migration initiatives toward Python.
• Integrate data from custodians and downstream financial systems.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using BIRT Reporting.
• Participate in Agile development practices utilizing Scaled Agile methodologies and two-week sprint cycles.
• Support ongoing modernization initiatives, including Java and Oracle platform upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams and utilize automated regression testing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with application support teams on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to AI-enabled automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend deployments related to major application releases.
