Qualifications

• Experience developing desktop and web applications using C, C++, Visual Basic, and Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Java.
• Experience developing applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience developing classification or enterprise software tools using scripting languages and web services.
• Experience utilizing Apache CXF for enterprise web service development.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications using Apache Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of XML and SOAP-based web services.
• Experience using JavaScript to develop enterprise application services.
• Experience developing responsive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing Lotus Notes applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and software development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise desktop and web-based applications supporting mission-critical systems
• Develop classification and information management tools using Java, Python, C, C++, Visual Basic, and Microsoft .NET technologies
• Develop enterprise applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework
• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP-based web services
• Develop and maintain JavaScript-based application services and interactive web applications
• Build responsive web user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop and maintain applications utilizing Apache CXF and Apache Tomcat
• Work with XML and SOAP messaging to support enterprise system integrations
• Maintain and enhance existing Lotus Notes applications while supporting legacy system modernization initiatives
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Office and Microsoft Web Office solutions
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability
• Participate in software testing, code reviews, and application deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise software solutions
• Develop technical documentation supporting application design, implementation, and maintenance
