ERNI Development Center Philippines Inc. seeks an Associate Full-Stack Engineer to build cloud-native applications using Node.js on Microsoft Azure. You will implement serverless functions, app services, and CI/CD pipelines while embracing IaC via Terraform and OpenAI/LLMs integration.

Remote opportunity open to qualified candidates outside the Philippines for a 1-year project engagement, aligned to Manila business hours. Strong collaboration and Agile practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including Serverless Functions, App Services, CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with APIs, web apps, and backend services.
• Exposure to OpenAI/Generative AI/LLMs and chatbot development.
• Scripting with Python and/or PowerShell.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in full-stack development using Node.js.

- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly:

Azure Serverless FunctionsAzure App ServicesAzure DevOps / CI/CD Pipelines

- Hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Experience with APIs, web applications, and backend services.

- Exposure to or hands‑on experience with OpenAI, Generative AI/LLMs, and chatbot development.

- Experience with automation or scripting using Python and/or PowerShell.

- Experience developing or integrating custom plugins, including Office plugins, is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications using Node.js and related technologies.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage Azure resources.
