The role involves collaborating across teams, contributing throughout the software development lifecycle, and mentoring junior engineers while improving observability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or software eng.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong RESTful API, backend, and frontend experience with React/Node.js/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications using modern engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with local and global engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build responsive frontend components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements, technical designs, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write clean, secure, well-documented, and testable code following engineering standards.
• Design and implement automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and design reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
