Job summary

Mollie is expanding its Engineering Hub in Milan and seeks a Full Stack Engineer II to join the Customer Onboarding domain. You’ll work on end‑to‑end onboarding experiences, streamline data collection and verification, and ensure a well‑regulated, scalable onboarding process across Mollie’s payment platform.

As part of a small, agile team, you’ll design and implement APIs and UI components, collaborate with product and UI engineers, and help maintain a high standard of code quality with CI/CD

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing full‑stack web apps.
• Prefer PHP/MySQL stack with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of message queues and caching systems (RabbitMQ/Redis/Kafka).
• Enjoy solving cross‑team problems and simplifying complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a small team focusing on well-defined problems.
• Build large-scale systems and features at speed.
• Collaborate with engineers and product to deliver scale.
• Coordinate with UI teams to maintain consistency.
