Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Full Stack Engineer II to build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications across the stack. You will work with Databricks data platforms, BI features, and AI integrations to deliver scalable solutions.

You will design APIs, implement data pipelines, and ensure robust CI/CD with Azure DevOps. Collaboration with product, analytics, and engineering teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, notebooks, Delta Lake).
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and work item tracking.
• Experience with Azure cloud services (Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, App Services).
• Strong SQL skills with relational/NoSQL databases.
• Frontend experience (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET).
• Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Experience with Git-based version control and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries; understand data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Build and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs integrating with internal and external data sources.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and follow team standards.
• Debug and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Build and optimize data pipelines/notebooks in Databricks using Python/PySpark/SQL.
• Support ETL/ELT processes across environments.
• Translate product KPIs into technical tracking requirements (event logging and monitoring).
• Independently build LLM-powered features and manage AI interactions for production.
• Integrate RAG pipelines and vector search into application layers.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure retrieval quality meets requirements.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation with Azure DevOps.
• Monitor health of apps and pipelines, troubleshoot failures.
