Job summary

NISC is seeking a seasoned full‑stack software developer to join the iVUE Connect Financials team. You will design and build web applications, stand up RESTful services, and drive containerized development using Kubernetes while collaborating across departments to implement new features.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, deep Java, Angular/TypeScript expertise, cloud and database experience, and a willingness to explore agentic AI tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Angular and TypeScript; Java or OO languages.
• Experience with RESTful web services and cloud tech (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Postgres/Oracle) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and automated testing.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive web applications.
• Stand up RESTful web services and container-driven development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
• Research, analyze, and resolve moderately complex issues and bugs.
• Unit test and integration test code; follow established methodologies.
• Prototype intelligent agent-based features to enhance UX or automate workflows.
