Job summary

WRSTBND is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our New Orleans team and help build a scalable event-technology platform. You will develop features and collaborate with leadership, PMs, and clients to deliver solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of professional software development experience, strong web/mobile skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a passion for events.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, Mendix
• Experience with modern web frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, Typescript, ES6, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3)
• Mobile development for web/mobile apps (Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native)
• Experience building mobile apps, SPAs, responsive websites
• Experience with REST-based interfaces
• Backend concepts: Java or similar OO language, SQL, databases, multithreading
• Experience with large scale high-performance transactional systems
• Experience with deployment tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, AWS
• Familiarity with live events/ticketing industry
• Knowledge of SDLC and Git
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Documentation of projects
• Willingness to learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Develop new features on the WRSTBND platform
• Participate in design and code reviews for high-quality code
• Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions
• Research and learn new technologies to enhance the platform
• Monitor infrastructure and logs to optimize performance and resource use
• Document implemented features and functions
