Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a sharp, curious Full Stack Software Engineer who loves building great software quickly with AI tooling. You’ll work across the full stack with Salesforce as a potential platform, focusing on clean architecture and end-to-end delivery.

You’ll use AI-assisted tools daily to move faster, explore designs, and raise code quality, while upholding engineering rigor. Strong fundamentals and collaboration will help you ramp on Salesforce if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs and data.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend development with RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot).
• Solid grounding in software design patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end including UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
• Create modern frontend experiences and robust backend services with well-tested code.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling throughout the SDLC while maintaining engineering rigor.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Develop on Salesforce using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows when applicable.
• Own features through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
