Job summary

Doit is seeking remote-based full stack engineers based in the United States to join our AI Neobank project. You will build features across frontend, backend, APIs and data stores, shipping end-to-end solutions with strong UX and robust backend logic.

You will collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to move quickly from idea to production, optimize workflows, and develop internal tools that reduce manual work and scale operations. English communication required.

Qualifications

• Real shipped products as part of full stack engineering.
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
• Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve.
