• You will join a newly formed team early in its build-out, with an AI-native, continuous-delivery culture and direct access to the users of your work.

• Build features across the stack: C#/.NET APIs and services, and the modern TypeScript front-end.
• Ship continuously behind feature flags on the shared design system, meeting the team\'s quality standards every time.
• Write automated tests as part of every change - quality here is engineered into the pipeline, not inspected afterward.
• Work directly with the designers who use the product; turn their feedback into fast, precise iterations.
• Learn the domain deeply - the workflows of in-home design and selling - because the best engineers here understand the business their code serves.
• Grow fast: cross-review with senior engineers, increasing scope, and a path to owning features end to end.
