Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end in a hands-on role, delivering production-ready software using the .NET, React, and Azure stack. You will work closely with Product and Design to ship high-quality features in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This fully remote role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and building AI-enabled capabilities such as LLM integrations and intelligent workflows for customers across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building production software with C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in a product environment.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Strong Azure experience: App Service, Azure SQL, Functions, Blob Storage, Application Insights and Azure AD/B2C.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience owning features end-to-end rather than contributing to small parts.

Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET / React / AI)

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing SaaS business building modern, AI-powered products used by customers across multiple markets.

This is a genuinely hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys owning features from idea through to production. You'll work closely with Product and Design to build scalable software using modern .NET, React and Azure technologies, while helping shape the next generation of AI-enabled product capabilities.

This isn't a role for architects or managers who sit away from the code. We're looking for engineers who love building software and take pride in delivering high-quality features that customers actually use.

What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of features from initial requirements through design, development, testing and production release.
• Building modern React/TypeScript front ends alongside C#/.NET backend services.
• Designing scalable REST APIs and cloud-native applications running on Azure.
• Working within a collaborative product engineering team alongside Product Managers and UX Designers.
• Building resilient, secure and maintainable SaaS applications using modern engineering practices.
• Contributing to technical discussions, system design and continuous improvement across the platform.
• Developing AI-powered product capabilities including LLM integrations, intelligent search, automation and AI-assisted workflows.

What we're looking for

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET building production software.
• Current, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in a product environment (genuine end-to-end feature ownership)
• Experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products.
• Strong Azure experience including services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Application Insights and Azure AD/B2C.
• Experience building cloud-native applications using REST APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• A genuine track record of owning features end-to-end rather than contributing to small parts of larger projects.

You'll have commercial experience building AI functionality into real products, such as:

• Integrating Large Language Models (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or similar).
• Building AI-powered customer features rather than internal proofs of concept.
• Working with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, embeddings or vector databases.
• Implementing agentic workflows, tool calling or AI automation.
• Understanding the practical trade-offs around prompt design, latency, cost, security and production deployment.

Nice to have

• Bicep or Infrastructure as Code
• Playwright or modern automated testing frameworks
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Event sourcing or CQRS

About you

You're someone who enjoys solving real customer problems, takes ownership of your work, and likes collaborating with other engineers rather than working in isolation. You're equally comfortable building polished React front ends as you are writing clean .NET backend services, and you're excited about applying AI in production to create genuinely useful product features rather than experimenting for the sake of it.
