Skill Set

• Deep experience designing, developing, and hardening APIs and services relied upon by other teams or applications.
• Demonstrated success moving prototypes, research software, or internal tools into production environments with meaningful reliability requirements.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and storage architecture for complex applications.
• Experience scheduling, scaling, or otherwise managing computationally intensive workloads.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities with careful attention to software quality.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, highly collaborative engineering environment in Los Angeles.
• Ability and willingness to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements for work involving sensitive or controlled environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with computational engineering software, simulation platforms, design automation, product lifecycle systems, or similarly technical domains.
• Exposure to numerical computing, scientific computing, optimization, or other computation-heavy applications.
• Experience converting research-oriented or experimental software into maintainable production systems.
• Interest in solving software challenges connected to aerospace, advanced engineering, or other technically demanding industries.
