Job summary

Kyndryl in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Associate Director, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer to lead production AI deployments for enterprise clients. You will design, build and scale AI-powered applications using agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud-native tech, while guiding architecture decisions and delivering customer-ready solutions.

You will work directly with clients and stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive multi-disciplinary delivery, ensuring production reliability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Experience building production AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex).
• Strong proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities

Associate Director, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI Lab)

What We Are Looking For

Seeking a senior Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer to build, deploy, and scale production AI applications for enterprise clients. This individual will work directly with customers to design and implement AI-powered solutions using agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and modern cloud-native technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI applications in enterprise environments
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
• Experience building APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or Express
• Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or pgvector
• Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling solutions from prototype through production
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements
