About The Role

We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join our dynamic team within BNY Wealth Services Platform. These roles are based in New York City, Pittsburgh, PA, and Lake Mary, FL. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust applications that meet our business needs. Your expertise will contribute to creating scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that support our clients' financial operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and security, to ensure the delivery of innovative and reliable technology solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Experience within the finance domain is preferred but not mandatory. Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Flutter, or Dart, combined with back-end technologies like Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL, is essential. A solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and the entire software development lifecycle is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to contribute directly to code, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver production-ready software efficiently. An interest or experience in AI-assisted development tools, automation, and engineering productivity practices will be considered a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are vital, along with the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.

Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $136,500 to $220,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
