Job description

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer, Product Experience

Location: Remote (United States)

Partner: The fast-growing sports gaming platform in the U.S., backed by top-tier investors.

About

Our hiring partner is on a mission to build the best products and the biggest company in the fastest-growing consumer industry in America. They believe sports are for everyone and are creating a new tomorrow for every fan. Founded just a few years ago, this innovative company has already built some of the most widely played fantasy games in the market and uniquely launched its own sportsbook on proprietary, homegrown technology—a first in the industry. This allows them to craft distinct, engaging, and seamless experiences that competitors cannot match.

Their thesis is simple but powerful: build the best products and the fans will follow. They unite fantasy sports, sports betting, and prediction markets within one intuitive app, constantly pushing the boundaries of what a sports technology company can be.

Why This is a Unique Opportunity

• Impact at Scale: Build features used by millions of passionate sports fans. Your work will directly shape the daily experience of a massive, engaged user base.
• Own Cutting-Edge Products: Contribute to a unified platform that spans multiple high-growth verticals (fantasy, sportsbook, predictions), all built on unique, proprietary technology.
• High-Agency Culture: Your voice matters. You will have real influence in technical discussions and product direction from day one.
• Remote-First Excellence: Join a connected, virtual-first culture with a highly engaged distributed workforce, representing one of the most dynamic remote startup jobs in tech today.

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to work on cutting-edge projects that gamify and enhance the user experience across our flagship products. This is a unique opportunity to design and build clean, reusable, and performant front-end features that will be used by millions of sports fans.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver elegant and responsive web experiences. This role contributes directly to the upkeep and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and quality at a rapid pace.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain user-facing features and web experiences for a high-traffic, multi-product platform.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to translate product vision into robust, maintainable, and delightful user interfaces.
• Contribute to and help evolve our shared component library and design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in peer reviews to uphold engineering best practices.
• Actively participate in technical and product discussions, bringing your unique perspective to help solve complex challenges.

Who You Are

• A product-minded engineer with 3+ years of professional experience building modern, consumer-facing web applications.
• You possess a solid understanding of React and its modern ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, functional components).
• You are comfortable integrating with and designing around RESTful APIs.
• You excel at cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• You have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating high-quality, user-centric experiences.
• You are familiar with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and modern build tooling (Webpack, Vite).
• You are an excellent communicator with a collaborative, product-forward mindset.

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with tools like Amplitude, DataDog, or Storybook.
• A passion for sports or gaming products.

What We Can Offer You

• Unlimited PTO: We're extremely flexible with the exception of a few key weeks around major seasons.
• Family Support: 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
• Remote Work Support: A home office stipend to set up your ideal workspace.
• Connected Culture: A virtual-first culture with a highly engaged, distributed workforce.
• Comprehensive Benefits: 5% 401k match, FSA, and company-paid health, dental, and vision plan options for you and your dependents.
