Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our web applications, bridging the gap between seamless user interfaces and robust server-side architecture. The ideal candidate is comfortable traversing the entire stack-from designing interactive front-end components to architecting APIs and managing database performance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, test, and deploy scalable features across both the client-side and server-side of our applications.
• Front-End Engineering: Build responsive, accessible, and dynamic user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular), HTML, and CSS.
• Back-End Architecture: Develop efficient server-side logic, microservices, and robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs using [Node.js / Python / Ruby / Java / Go].
• Database Management: Design scalable data models and interact with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability, debug issues, and maintain system stability.
• DevOps & Deployment: Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Participate in agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Front-End Skills: Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and practical experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React preferred).
• Back-End Skills: Proficiency in one or more server-side programming languages and their respective web frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
• API Development: Proven experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of database schema design, data querying, and performance optimization.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative engineering workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of debugging complex, cross-stack issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Experience setting up and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Understanding of web security best practices and data protection standards.
