Hologram Labs is a consumer technology company building the AI engine for storytelling & content creation.

Our ecosystem of products leverage the latest developments in 3D, computer vision, and large language models to empower anyone to create, interact, and own digital characters that integrate seamlessly on any social or gaming platform.

We are currently building Holoworld, a platform to create, interact with, and trade immersive 3D AI agents that can autonomously create content on any social platform, whether it be Tiktok, X, Youtube, IG, or more.

Role

We’re looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to architect delightful and robust experiences for Hologram’s early users. The role will be foundational to our product and teamwork‑oriented. Our users will depend on your code everyday. You’ll help determine the technical direction and quality bar of the company. You’ll build cutting‑edge tech stacks spanning LLMs, computer vision, and 3D rendering. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of builders, researchers, and crypto‑natives who love art, media, and the Internet.

Expectations

• Plan, architect, and implement amazing user experiences and applications from scratch.
• Learn and iterate quickly, but consistently modularize, write tests, and automate processes to ensure our code infrastructure remains robust and scalable.
• Be adaptable to a wide range of engineering tasks and contribute ideas as we grow and take on new directions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of Typescript and modern Javascript.
• Experience working with backend Javascript, React, and server‑side rendering (SSR).
• A history of shipping projects from end to end.
• Capability to independently develop features from concept to deployment.
• Ability to independently test features, identify bugs within the application, and implement fixes.
• The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in‑person or remote.
• An eye for good design and UI/UX.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web APIs, web graphics (e.g., three.js, pixi.js), and/or web3js development.
• Experience with langchain.js and/or shipping AI applications.
• Knowledge / genuine taste in anime, vtubers, 3D animations, or related media content.
