About The Role
Gravity aims to have the best product and build the best engineering team. We are seeking frontend and full stack engineers eager to help us build a vibrant tech organization. We hire engineers with broad technical skills, who are cross-functional and eager to solve diverse challenges.

Our ideal candidate has a track record of building scalable systems, a strong sense of ownership, and enjoys managing projects from idea to production. At this stage, technical moats are minimal. The core of the job is to ship rapidly at high velocity, carefully managing tech debt over time.

In 3 Months In The Role, You Will Have

• Built several major features and numerous minor ones independently
• Collaborated extensively with Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams
• Led discussions and planning of complex projects
• Responded in real-time to errors and customer feedback
• Improved processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and team

You Need

• Urgency, initiative, customer obsession
• Ability to translate business ideas into engineering solutions
• Full-stack capability, including infrastructure (AWS via Terraform)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products quickly, typically 5+ years of experience
• Design taste is a plus
